A new 3-story corporate headquarters will be constructed near the massive Bellemeade Village (hotel/apartment) project.

See the look for the new Charles Aris headquarters in downtown Greensboro - Greensboro - Triad Business Journal

Very nice modern looking building, This is what i hoped the GPAC would look like actually. Nice to See HQ's come downtown, instead of going to suburban office parks, aka the Airport area. like i said baby steps, and Greensboro seems to really be starting to move up, as far as downtown is concerned.

It kind of has some architectural cues found in the fifth and third tower in uptown Charlotte.

If I recall correctly one of the buildings was a lodge.

Edit: Good Fellows Lodge and the small building up front was an attorney's office.

Wow, so they are tearing down the lodge? good...that does not even look like a part of downtown, infact, the whole of greene street does not, this should definitely kick it into gear, all the surrounding development i mean.

Indeed. That entire block will look so much nicer in the not so distant future.
