are there any neighborhoods in High Point with like million dollar homes or anything? I'm going to the university there, and want to know if there are any nice and rich sections or if the whole town is a sh*t hole haha

High Point's affluent can be found in the Emorywood(sp?) area not too far from HPU. Google "High Point Country Club" and it will put you where you need to be.
There are a couple of other upscale subdivisions in the northeast section, but the old money is in Emorywood.

With language like that, I wonder why this person is looking for million dollar homes.

I agree. Totally disrespectful of the community.

Nido lives over toward Emerywood. Lots of old furniture money over there. Congrats on living up to the stereotype that a lot of HPU students portray.

Hey, I can't help the fact that my parents probably make 100x what you make

Which is probably 1,000 times more than you'll ever make, if its true. Given that 76% of HPU students receive financial aid, it probably isn't. Too bad you had to settle for your fourth choice of school, lol.

Financial Aid? Hahahahaha.....

Keep dreaming

Too bad you have to struggle to pay your bills. A feeling which I will never know
