Wendover commons (Greensboro: 2015, gym, stores)

Does anybody know what they are clearing land for over at the wendover commons site in Greensboro? Looks like they cleared 17acres for something big.

It is a retail center. Its site plan in a permit request on 19 March 2015 did not indicate a grocery store.

Any idea on what stores are coming they are keeping it silent.

I do not know what could delay Wendover Commons. It could be possible the site plan has changed to include a grocery store.

I saw the plans a few weeks ago, and remember it being underwhelming. A gym was definitely in there. The rest was boring at this point. No named stores when I looked.
