Imaginably, cars in Summerfield / Oak Ridge should be kept in the best
condition (for obvious reasons), but as such should be the most expensive.

How about Other Places in the triad? Which places do people tend to sell

some of the WORST used cars?

For instance:

a car in Greensboro vs one in Reidsville

or one Greensboro /Winston zip code vs another?

or let's say Asheboro vs Kernersville

or Burlington vs Thomasville /High point

or Lexington vs Mount airy

Or rural/suburban areas: Browns Summit, Colfax, Trinity, Pleasant Garden, Walkertown, Archdale, Stokesdale, etc

any Town you never want to purchase a car from someone in, due to experience?
(car is likely to be in bad shape, or what not)

Within the Triad, I just don't see a big difference in one town/city versus another. It's really about the reputation of the seller (whether that's a private seller or a dealer) and how well the car was kept up (how often it was serviced, if it had ever been wrecked, if it was kept in a garage, etc.) by the previous owner(s).

Now, if you were asking about buying cars here versus a harsh climate or an area that had flooded, that could make a difference.

I can't see how the city/town would make any difference.
