It's not the first time we've seen the GOP try to rig the vote. I'm surprised they even bothered to try considering how the voter ID laws were knocked down for a similar reason.

It was speculated that this was Trudy Wade's way of getting payback against the city council because of something she wanted done while she was a council member but didn't happen. I forgot what it was.
