Spartanburg's Westgate Village wins more tenants | GoUpstate.com

The musical chairs of big-box retailers on the westside continues...hopefully when Old Navy follows Toys R Us down the road, a tenant new to the market will move in (something more exciting that JoAnn Fabrics!)

But at least LongHorn Steakhouse opens on Monday!
