Does anyone live in an Eastwood Construction built house and if so are you happy with the quality of the construction? If you bought the house new, were they responsive to your needs while the home was under Warranty?

I have the same question about Adams Homes.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I saw a couple in Planters Row and Fox Trace today and was wondering.....

We bought a new Eastwood home, it was an inventory home so we did not have it built but it was new. They were very responsive to warranty issues. Although we didn't have many, we did have one major problem. In the sunlight you could see that the ceiling between our kitchen and family room looked wavy. They came out fixed the problem and had a cleaning crew come out to clean and dust everything! I would recommend an eastwood home.

My parents were going to buy an eastwood and backed out to buy a an adams. I think the adams is superior. The all brick makes it a better buy.
