You're right; it is. Try posting in "One at Main and Washington" or "New retail/restaurant thread." (However, someone mentioned somewhere, either here or on another forum, that there may be more retail announcements for One coming soon. Maybe H&M? And, for what it's worth, H&M also has been rumored for Magnolia Park, but that was over a year ago.)
[Edit: Oops. The "more retail announcements" were predicted for NOMA, not One.]
