One of my goals when I get to South Carolina is to donate some time to a local foodbank. When I searched Greenville-Spartanburg forums I didn't see any references to them.

Any leads regarding foodbanks in the area or are any of you volunteering at any that you feel are noteworthy?

Default Ditto on Gods Pantry!

We are always looking for volunteers. The needy, unfortunately, is growing in numbers and these types of organizations are very important to these folks. Any type of involvement would be much appreciated.

Golden Strip Emergency Relief Agency is located in Simpsonville. There is also a community garden (Synergy Garden) on-site that can use volunteers.
