My daughter and a roommate are looking for a 2 bdrm apartment walking distance to Clemson at the Falls since they will be going to school there in August. I know that prices are higher in the downtown area, but was hoping for something in the $1,000/month range. Is that reasonable? Also, Is safety an issue in that area? Any suggestions are appreciated.
