Looks like tomorrow could get pretty stormy, and I dig it. If there's anything as cool as a nice snowfall, it'd be a strong spring/summer thunderstorm (well...close second). Me and the kiddos (ages 3, 5, 9) will sit out on the front porch until the wind blows the rain under the overhang, or the lightning gets too close for comfort.

Here's to hoping that the storms hold off until I get off work, the storms are powerful, and the damage is non-existent (I know, they don't work together).

I'm a bit of a weather bug myself... Recently moved from G'ville to TX. Had a much-anticipated line of storms move thru the Metroplex today, but was a bit if a letdown based on how it was built up in the media

Not so cool when you have some idiot that owns a wooded lot next to your home with dead pine trees on it and he won't do a thing about them even though you've notified him, and he knows about it and chooses to ignore the situation. Even after its hit your house in the past a couple times (thankfully, before me owning the house), he's still chosen to ignore his responsibility.

Here's to hoping the storm isn't powerful enough to make one of those darn trees fall on my home!
