Looks like Toys R US will be broken up and remodled into multiple units and Chipotle will be on the end unit.

Old news. Was posted on here months ago: DSW coming to Greenville possibly. Jo-Ann Fabrics also going in this shopping center.

So, based on the current plans, the old Circuit City space will still be vacant?

The Haywood Road corridor looks better with the underground power lines but the new street lights are just odd.

The Circuit City space will be split up into two retail spaces. Half of it will be given to Jo-Ann Fabrics. The other half is still available.

Sign in place today in front of Circuit City that Jo-Ann will open this summer. Hopefully they are getting this project going very soon.
