its an odd way for a city to do business. mortgage companies are all over the chains of title on all the vacant houses here so they could borrow, hold, then get reimbersed for the assessed amount or greater amounts. they had no motive to fix them up and the city thinks real landlords trying to fix them up are deep pockets that need to be punished or else they will try renting them out in disrepair like the fraudsters involved in mortgage fraud did. sorry i am not a crook and the city is too stupid to know the difference. they consider investors insects that need given a hard time. sorry i have a work ethic and do not get paid unless i turn a profit, so why the harsh baby tude from the bureaucratic vampires that job security is dependent of how much regulation to hit up working folks for and give windfall tax exemption to all the rich people connected with them? you want names? arthur cleveland, that idiot turning business into a technocrosy named the dean johnson crook lays goose eggs on all his real estate. thanks spartanburg city...i cant imagine why the real estate tax is so high. maybe the fair share will be expected from the cronies that hob nob. what a buncha dry twisted good ole boys that will rot in hell for their claims as christians that are so against the poor its time to make it right. lets not forget the car dealers...contract to police fleets, non profit schools converted to condos for profit, and the housing authority is for profit gov subsidied...what a bunch a crooks

There are lots of motives for the predatory regulators to keep churning out the massive bills that are all driven by lobbyist. The local level its done in spartanburg more than anywhere. the money trail leads us to the real motives. free enterprise would not allow for it to occur so the local brass gets all excited as to who can be the most anal about enforcing a code or law or anything they can dream up to help themselves to. when enterprise is impeded viola the dollars stop flowing. supply demand. question is what business model do the regulators really want...do they even have an answer?
