So glad to have Aldi, Fresh Market, Super Bi-Lo and Publix within a few miles of one another.

Sorry to see this shortcut road removed, as it helps disperse some of the traffic on Woodruff Rd. And looks like some smaller stores at that intersection have been torn down. I guess to make way for a Fresh Market, yet to be confirmed?

Traffic on Feaster Road backing up before Woodruff Road is an issue that needs to be resolved. Mauldin Fire Department Station Two is at the intersection of Feaster Road and Rocky Creek Road. It is difficult to get out in order to respond to incidents if traffic is blocking an intersection. Emergency signals are desperately needed here.

The Fresh Market does not have press release confirming the new store.

I have wondered if they will eventually relocate that fire station and I thought Greenville is building a new station near Verdae for that end of Woodruff aren't they?

I am unaware of plans for Mauldin Fire Department to relocate Station Two.

Greenville City Fire Department is proceeding with its seventh station in the area of Verdae Boulevard and Old Sulphur Springs Road. The station will add 12 firefighters and should be open in 2016.

The lease probably hasn't been finalized…..sign out front still says Space Available.

CarolinaKnight…do you not believe they are coming to this location?
