Not yet but construction will be starting this Summer. Trammell

Only 40,000 square ft. of retail space? That's not much. Disappointing. Was hoping to see some multilevel good size retail spaces. The rest looks nice though.

Trammell Crow Company backed out. Centennial American Properties is still on.

Camperdown remains a great redevelopment project. Another development partner could join in and help contribute.

This reminds me a lot of the situation that developed at ONE when Cousins Properties backed out and Hughes came in to develop the project themselves.
