Hello, does anyone know any jobs here in Spartanburg area that Filipinos tend to work at? We just moved here from nj and many filipinos worked at lab corp and local dunkin donut baristas. Curious if there Is a similar situation here.

Im hoping someone can steer me in the right direction for work here in sburg. I don't know where to begin. Greenville is a small possibility for me to travel to work but prefer Spartanburg county. Thank you

Hi, Carolina thanks for replying. I have five years call center experience doing sales and customer service job. I worked as a produce crew in shop rite supermarket. My last job was for Dunkin donuts for over a year in which i have high credentials being so great in handling customers.

I have interview at BMW next week and i applied to amazon.

Im not seeking anything work specific. However, I do love high energy, high motivational sales environments the most. That is what I am best at. -Cathy

Your experience, as I understand, is call center, food retailing and quick service dining. If you are looking at BMW and Amazon, you are looking at manufacturing and logistics. If you are looking for a sales environment, you are looking to sale products or services.

Have you completed any undergraduate and/or graduate degree programs?

Mabuhay! Yay for Pinoy's!

There is a small Pinoy population in the Upstate. Even a FB page here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/upstatefilipinos/

What you won't find in the Upstate for us...

1. Filipino stores
2. Filipino restaurants (so dying for this)

Regarding your skillset - lots of Starbucks in the area. Could be a good opportunity. Also, there is a Samsung and Charter call centers here for people with good people skills. Oh, and Alorica, Synnex, ScanSource as well.

Welcome to the Upstate!
