Mine too, which is fine with me. It was assessed at $40,000 below what houses are selling for in my neighborhood. They can keep it assessed low. I am not offended.

I live in the city of Greenville and my taxes went up almost $100. My parents' taxes went up over $100 and that's with the Homestead Exemption. If you live anywhere close to downtown property values were increased around 25-30%. I guess we are paying for the infrastructure for all of the growth downtown.

Mine went up. I don't consider myself close to downtown, but I knew it has been assessed low for the last couple of years.
