Greenville good for singles? (home, military, move)

I will be leaving the Marine Corps soon and returning home to the Greenville area after 5 1/2 years away. Aside from a couple brief visits during that time I have not really had time to experience the town so to speak. How is the dating scene for a mid-20's, well off, single ex-military guy? I have heard a lot about the family oriented nature of the area, and that is fine and all, but does anyone have genuine, honest insight into the singles situation for people around my age?

I don't think you'll have much trouble man. It's a good citywhen it comes to that or so I've seen thus far.

In your mid-20's you'll do fine. The closer you get to 30, the amount of singles go down exponentially.
