Just means that they haven't officially singed the paperwork and contracts, but for them to highlight TG as the anchor, it's safe to assume that its a done deal.

Something is not right here. On, Off, Back On Again? Sure the construction equipment on site is not for the Cube Smart Self storage place under construction closer to Pelham?

Still can't believe the residents that live not far from there on Garlington will be too happy about this. Don't these places generate huge amounts of light late at night with those big stadium type light banks? They would have been better off with the Target and other retail that was proposed a few years back.

When a city is growing get of its way. People who don't want to see development should probably go deep into the country. Somewhere like McCormick county. No growth there.

Cube Smart is already complete. TopGolf was delayed but is moving forward now again.

It is great to see TopGolf is moving forward. Is it projected to open in late 2018?

The flyer is slightly inaccurate because Myrtle Beach is also getting one and I assume the MB one will open first. The flyer said the Gville TopGolf will be the first in the state.

This sounds great, but I wonder how this will impact Pelham traffic at the bridge over 85...my guess is not good, or foreseeing more road widening.
