And, probably, has abit of law to back it up. Stores can likely remove some people who are going to them not to buy something, but just to get out?
But.. No real difference I don't think.
I have video of this.. but I was going to Abbeville on Saturday, and in Hodges, at the store (there's only one) there were 4 state troopers. 4 cars.. 4 troopers.. 1 picnic table.

The idea that other states are truly locked down doesn't seem likely.
I've seen a lot of stories like this one New York parks are full of people and that's the heart of the epidemic with the highest per capita number of deaths.
Cops aren't going to be able to arrest all those people.
It seems like if the virus can stay suspended in the air, forcing people to spend all day in tall apartment buildings breathing recirculated air by a common HVAC system could be a problem. You'd be better off spending more time outside. Perhaps they have it set at 100 percent outside air.
I would think only hospitals have air handlign systems with filters capable of filtering microscopic viruses.
Allowing people to go into grocery stores seems crazy because the grocery store is the one place every virus person is guaranteed to have been if they are capable of leaving their house on their own. All grocery shopping should be set up like Walmart pickup at the front thing if we are committed to a shelter in place.

It baffles me that people are bashing Governor McMaster over not issuing one until now. How they don't realize that it number one, changes NOTHING about what we can and cannot do now and number two, that the orders already in place are the same or even more aggressive social distancing measures than many of the "Stay at Home" orders many states have implemented (Georgia's beaches are still open, Virginia permits public gatherings of up to 10) is beyond me.
