You might want to check out Joyce Food Equipment Co. at 1839 Wade Hampton Blvd., across from BJU. It's a restaurant supply house, but I've bought some stuff there. Another place I like--although it's a bit of a day trip--is JES Restaurant Equipment in Greenwood. Really broad selection of gear.

There’s a new store “opening soon” in Spartanburg across from West Gate Mall. You could try their search for the items you require. Not sure if it’s what you’re looking for.
