Anyone know if/when the DOT will be paving the remainder of I-385 from Simpsonville to the Greenville line? That section of highway is so bad that something needs to get done, and soon. While I'm at it, it sure would be nice to see Wade Hampton resurfaced as well, especially around the bridge near the Texas Roadhouse. This state (or is it the County?) is certainly not on top of road maintenance.

The federal government and state are the ones who pay to pave interstate highways. When will it be paved? When the state raises the gas tax.

Well something needs to be done. Is keeping pennies in our pockets more important than safe roads? We are too stuck on money in this country.
