I am going to take a look at the Chapel @ the Cliffs of Glassy next week. The venue I had booked has bombed b/c a family memeber can't travel!

If you have had a wedding there please share your experience?

Does anyone have any other indoor venues? Our wedding is planned for July!!!

Thanks in advance!

I haven't attended a wedding there, but I have visited the place and must say that the view is absolutely spectacular. The chapel sits on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the northern portion of Greenville County. Hopefully the atmosphere will be clear enough to see far and wide when you visit next week. Be sure to take a camera up there, otherwise you may regret not having one.

I don't know because I haven't been up there recently, but they did have a fire there not too long ago...

The chapel itself was not burned. Some of the trees etc. were but it still has a great view. Hubby was there in end of march and still got some good pictures.

We were just there Saturday for a wedding. Gorgeous view, the place is simple and rustic.

How do you get to see the chapel if it's in a private gated community? Do you have to have a wedding? Maybe I should find a girl and marry her.
