Default Does anyone live downtown?

My fiance just accepted a job in Greenville and we will be moving in June. We are both recent college grads and are interested in living downtown or close to it. We would like to buy a condo/townhome or possibly rent an apartment for 6 months. We are looking for something around other people our age.

I have been researching areas and I have a few questions to ask.
1. Does anyone know anything about "The lofts of Greenville" apartments?
2. What are some good condos or apartments downtown?
3. Does anyone know anything about "The Park Dowtown" neighborhood or the area around McPherson park and park ave?

In addition, are there any young professional organizations to join?

Any other information you have would be greatly appreciated!
