I'm looking for some information on Zirconia and the general area. We were in the Hendersonville area this past weekend house hunting and I noticed that prices around that area fluctuate quite a bit. Any suggestions on areas to stay away from? We are looking for a house with at least 10 acres of usable land and that seems to really narrow down the areas. ANY info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have been in zirconia to the apple orchard. That is where skytop is. It looked like a real small town from what we saw.
