I've been looking for homes for a longggg time and so far, haven't found what I've been looking for, with the exception of one home, which I missed out on.
Other than Craigslist, I can't find any For Sale By Owner homes listed than the obvious ones. The websites that have forsalebuyowner or ggsbo maybe have 1 or 2 homes to look at in my range, while many of the sites that have homes listed, they aren't updated and I'm finding many of them were sold long ago. I've serached the Greenville Newspaper on line and there's never any ads by owner on there. Is there a site that I'm missing???
We actually have a FSBO house for sale right now in Greer. This is definitely the best website that we could find for this purpose! They also run it on Realtor.com if you request the service and pay extra for it, but it is well worth it.
