Looks like they decided against Washington Square and have decided to go to the Bowater building instead. Not a bad thing really as this will lower the office vacancy rate a lot: GSA Business | Greenville, SC | Spartanburg, SC | Anderson, SC

Yes, it's still a go. It's just gonna take a little bit longer. The developers have the money to build the project obviously. They just need tenants. The lower office vacancy rate you have, the better chance of landing those tenants. Also, this is Clemson deal will be a huge selling point to landing more office tenants downtown.
