Go to the many manufacturers websites OP. You'll find the info. you seek there. Price will depend on the market and the dealer.

Ammo comes in all sizes, from the little BB to the biggies that can be shot for miles from ships at sea.

It is made in any country that needs it or can sell it. You can even make it in your own home using old shell casings.

I don't know what it costs as I have never bought it. I imagine from a dollar or two to millions. Retail or wholesale?

I've seen 155mm ammo made in Middletown, Iowa.
