I've recently shot the BAR , M1 , M1A1 carbine [universal version]
I found that the BAR/M1 Both shoot amazing... On spot hardly any recoil... the guns are so heavy that all the recoil is burst off upon the gun just pushing it back. While shooing one of these, you don't have to worry about the gun shooting up... rather just pushing you back.
Anyone else shoot any of these guns or other WW2 guns?
Yeah, i have one in the basement but all of the ammo that came with it; not all but a good amount of most wouldn't work... Went through so many rounds that wouldn't work. Very dangerous after a while
i was going to say everything on this list until I got to see M2 MG42...... I am missing a chance to try those 2.
Some of the others I have owned before and or own now. And i have shot and own a WW-1 Black Army Colt Govt model.. And I have shot a full auto Thompson in full auto. It was pre WW-2 and after WW-1... Wicked nice bluing on those.
I have shot my friends M-1 numerous times. I tell ya, it has one intense muzzle flash.
I'll agree to that
Often times i find myself wanting to shoot more guns like this... but you really do have to go through a lot to get them.
