Is the price of high capacity sem-auto rifles and pistols increasing?

It will, talk about knee jerk reactions. Gun owners are just as bad as anti gunners. If the laws get bad what makes them think they wont make it retro active.

This is what happens any time something happens and the grabbers come out in full force. This is what happened when Obama was first thought to be able to win 4 years ago too. If you want a gun like this they will still be around.. In some time the price will drop again but not to so low as it was.

I was thinking of a Ar-10 before this last killing zone shooting, and now i am screwed.... This was just a routine buy for me, but now I may put it off and wait a while.

Too many of them already out there.

At the top of the ban list is going to be the AR-15. That also happens to be the most popular rifle platform in the world...

They're not going to tell anyone that they have to turn in their guns. Won't happen. Half the households in the country have guns in them, and there are nearly as many guns in this country as there are citizens. While gun control tends to be a democrat/left/liberal position, gun ownership is not limited to a single political faction, and politicians like their jobs - they're not going to support something like that.

I just bought Ruger stock last night in after hours and today it was up almost 8% I wish I had bought more. Smith was up about 10 percent.

I think that its likely that no new laws get passed. But that said I am less confident of that statement than I was a few days ago. This is different. I can literally feel how angry people are. There is a ground swell that I don't recall seeing in past situations. Time will tell. Right now I don't even want to go to the range. I think too many confrontations and I will just keep my head down for a bit and see how I feel about it all.

Don't think they'll be able to do that. How can they realistically pull that off?
