I have about 15 pounds of venison in the freezer (steaks and chopped meat) and there are rabbits in the field next door. If things REALLY got bad, I probably could make out.
Heh. I put up 80 pounds of sausage this past fall. I shot 2 and had 3 deer given to me. Apparently, people like shooting them around here more than eating them. I don't mind.
My wife and I found one similar to that out in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. How it got there, God only knows? There are no trails, ATV or otherwise anywhere near it. If you "click" on the thumbnail you can see that little white dot to the right of the Saguaro near the top of that hill. We didn't dare open it.
