is there a good cream out there too help heal ingrown hair scars, I tried PFB vanish but have no success with that I am them on my face due to shaving and some on my legs?
I assume you have dark skin? Anyway, I do to and I have a heck of a time getting rid of scars, but I have managed to:
1. Exfoliate
2. Pure vitamin E
3. Sunlight
Vitamin E won't lighten your skin, but it will lighten the dark spots. Buy 100% pure vitamin E. The oil is a little thick. Rub into your skin every night after washing. The spots will fade away in a couple of months.
I have OK skin and I also make sure to exfoliate. I use St. Ives plum and pumice foot scrub gently all over my body. I also loofa and use a rough washcloth. I think getting rid of dead skin helps...but be careful with your facial skin. Start very gently to make sure you don't damage it.
I am also a big believer in getting sun. My grandmother had awesome skin, and she was in the sun all the time. If you have dark skin, sunlight is also vital to health.
