Can anyone recommend a good product to remove hair dye from skin? When I dye my hair, I put vaseline on the edges of my hair, however if I get vaseline on my hair, the dye will not color my hair, however if I don’t cover enough of my skin with the vaseline, I end up getting hair dye staining on my skin. In order to best remove the hair dye stains on my skin, I use Dawn dishwashing liquid, but it often requires a lot of rubbing with a towel to remove the stains, which is too rough on my skin, but that seems to be the only way I can remove the dye from my skin. Yet even after removing the dye stains from my skin and putting on lotion or vaseline on my skin (the areas that had the dye stains), my skin is still left irritated for several days before the irritation goes away.
So I was wondering if there is a good product I can use to easily and safely wash away skin dye stains.
