Does this hair style have a name? (hairstyles, head, shave)

I didn't have my phone with me for a photo but her hair style was in three parts. The left third was long and down to her shoulders. The top third was maybe 1/4 inch long and the other third looked like it may have been shaved but had grown some but still shorter than the top third.
Punk maybe or something else?
She did get a few looks in the grocery store and of course she and her male friend didn't notice or care.
Don't know what the style is called, but there are web sites with the category "women's half head shaved hair styles". Maybe one of those links would show a style similar to what you saw.
