Does Williamsburg have any "Healthy" Restaurants? (Richmond: places to eat, dinner)

Will be visiting Williamsburg next month, and taking friends out to dinner.

I'm on a medically restricted diet and need to avoid fried food, pasta, any sauces, fat and salt-laden food.

Are there any restaurants that are geared to more healthy eating in Williamsburg - i.e., where I could get a piece of fish/chicken (broiled or pan-fried, not "fried") and some veggies not covered in sauce?

Or a place that might make some adjustments and cook my meal without salt, ditch the potatoes/rice and add extra veggies instead?

Looking for sort of a "farm to table" restaurant with fresh, simple menu items.

I think the Second Street Bistro is close to what you want. I might call ahead to see if they can cook "without" .

Brooklyn has tons of healthy places to eat. Just avoid the 2 Broke Girls Diner.

Guess you mean the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn?
This Williamsburg is the city in VA.
