There are sought after areas in Green Run as well as "bad" areas. There are some very prominent/well known people who own and live there. As well as quite a few "famous" actors, sport figures, etc. who were raised in that community/attended the public schools/got there start in the HOA sports program.

Know your fact's before you judge the largest single community in, not only Va Beach, but in all of the Tidewater area.
What the hell are you talking about, I was defending VB...

I am looking to move to Virginia Beach from New York. I need to bad neighborhoods to avoid. I was interested in 1101 Craftsman Drive. Is it a good neighborhood?

That's in an area known as Level Green. That particular street/area might not be bad (not really sure) but the surrounding areas have always had a bad reputation as being very bad.

Considering the ladder I'd say unless somebody can correct me on it I'd assume it's bad.

There are no really bad areas of VAB. When we say really bad we mean for VAB. For someone coming from New York it may not seem bad at all. I personally wouldn’t live there because I like to be closer to the beach but driving through the area it looks alright. I have also had students who lived in that complex and they never said anything too crazy.
