I didn't think it was outrageous at all... many of the state forums meet all the time, from CD

I know sometimes I can be outrageous... heehe

You can post pictures but they have to be your own and not copywrited material..

Someone correct me if I am wrong on that....

I have no idea on the pic thing....educate me on this one. As far as meeting boardies, we do it all the time and have met some great peeps and ended up being close friends. I remember my Dad belonging to the CBer's club and I tell ya what, when he passed, there were more cber's at his funeral than family members and I have a very large family!

Come again? I am still not seeing how or where we can post our pictures. I don't see anyone with pictures either

And
OY VEY, Quesadillas in a restaurant? lol..
You know Dillard's sells a Quesadilla Maker for $20.00. Cheese is at the very least $2.00 a brick. Homemade or Store-Bought Tortillas $2.00 at the very least. Meat/Chicken/Fish $2.00 a LB at the very least. And at least you know everything is clean, SANITARY, and fresh

You can post any images that are not copyrighted. For example, here's my kitten in one of my daughter's onesies!

Well, when I do my research and stuff for the events upcoming, I'll try to find something that would be fun to meet up and have a meet-up day. I'm more of a "go out and have fun" over a "eat dinner around a bunch of people I've never met" sorta gal.

Oh, and though he's not responding to this thread, we do have one more forum poster (more of a lurker) who will be attending. His username is Langlen.

Didn't you just say you attended a gathering at a Mongolian Grill? Yes, they do serve Quesadillas in a Mexican restaurant. I personally will not spend 20.00 on a maker when I have a large pan to do them in...JMO. I don't believe we should do anything at a person's house....AOMO, but a public function is a good idea.
