We're looking at delivering in Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Norfolk or Chesapeake area - does anyone know what the nicest, newest and best hospital for delivering a baby is in this area? Any tips or info??

I delivered in June at VA Beach General and overall I was satisfied but I had alot of potential high risk concerns and I feel that they addressed everything extremely well, although i had an OUTSTANDING O.B. so that could have been alot of the reason everything went so well but my labor/delivery nurses were the best I've had out of any hospital stay! Very prompt, very caring and just on the ball with everything!
I had a friend deliver in Chesapeake and she said it wasn't a bad experience. She said she had a few issues with a few nurses BUT I know her and she can be hard to handle sometimes sooo I wouldnt rate my opinion on that
