I won't bore all of you with the details, but I've been trying to get a resolution to my ACA application issues since October. I have since submitted an appeal. Does anyone happen to have a telephone number for the Appeals Department? I was told I could be transferred to them a couple of days ago when I called the main number. Now I'm told I cannot be transferred to them. I spoke to a supervisor, she could not help me. She then told me that I would have to wait until the Appeals Department called me back. Thanks so much. I'm so frustrated!
Nevermind everyone. I ended up deleting my old app from October (when things were sooooo bad). I reapplied and as soon as I was done, I got my eligibility results! Looks like we qualify for a $350 per month tax credit! Awesome. The insurance through ACA will definitely be cheaper than what we're paying now.
