That's not particularly great. Usually, around here, once deductible is met, in-network charges are paid at 80%-90%. Out-of-network is paid 50%-70%, depending on plan.

But then, same couple, income of $65k, the unsubsidized premiums go through the roof:
Both are plans with extremely broad networks of multiple health systems throughout the eastern half of the state - includes every provider, virtually.
