Does anyone know if New Jersey Medicaid will renew if a person has given up an apartment and has no NJ address? I have a family member who left his home in NJ after 25 years to try a new life out of state. It did not work out, he had severe anxiety attacks and he wants to return. His Medicaid is expiring in a week, and I don't want to tell them at Medicaid (yet) that he does not have an address anymore in NJ. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks.
Where will he stay in NJ. Use that address.
Does he have a NJ drivers license?
Registered to vote in NJ
What state did he claim when he filed his state and Federal income taxes?
My guess is all he has to do is say he lives in NJ and has no home. Having a drivers license or being registered to vote would just help the case.
