ACA marketplace plans are the best for chronic and terminal pre existing conditions such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, pacemaker, and of course cancer or heart issues. Now, if you are relatively healthy like my family. I have allergies and my husband has thyroid and cholesterol you can save outside of the ACA. Our combined household income doesn’t qualify for any subsidies or financial assistance.Our family went with a private carrier named USHealth. They cover our pre existing prescriptions because our medical history was checked to make sure this is the right plan. If they couldn’t cover our pre existing conditions they would have not approved us. Now over a year later, with the same plan, same doctors and a lower rate for our health.
