I am looking at how much Health Care costs on different plans, to get a true perspective vice getting quotes.
35 years old. No illnesses. Would like ideas on what you are paying monthly plus sample co pays during routine visits.
Thnx

Insurance costs are based on regional medical costs. What state/metropolitan area are you in?

Just go on your exchange, either healthcare.gov or state if there is one and preview plans. That's what people are paying in your area.

Its not difficult. Some of the account/application information is needed to narrow down your search...filter results to make it more relevant to YOU. You did say you wanted a true perspective right?

I am 30 and single. My health insurance costs 399.00 a month with a 20.00 co-pay, prescriptions run between 20-40, and there’s a 1,650.00 deductible for hospitalization. Kaiser SoCal.
No group, no employer contribution. I just called and bought an individual plan.

Looks like 400 a month for silver plan? Co pays etc are subjective.

I pay $48/month for myself and my spouse through the exchange. It's a pretty decent BCBS PPO plan. I'm in Florida.

But your cost will depend on how much you earn, if you choose to use the exchange in your state.
