Ambrotose - did anyone try it or heard something about it? (cure, clinic)

Hi everyone,
Did anyone ever heard anything positive or negative about ambrotose ( product of Mannatech )?

I just heard that another Attorney General of a state is suing them for false advertising. They also pushed this to people with Multiple Sclerosis and ALS and didn't cure anyone. Has something to do with Cellular Communication as they believe these sugar molecules on the cells membranes made of Glycans (sugar) can make the cells better if given these nutruients but again no Clinical trials or data to be found.......

I heard negative stuff too. But my mother-in-law believes in all that false advertising and I cannot prove it to her that those people just want money.
