Ashe Juniperus... AKA Mountain Cedar (allergy, arms, symptoms, treatment)

I live in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. I'm just wondering how many out there have a problem with Mountain Cedar Pollen. I found out last year that I have developed a severe allergy to this stuff resulting in 2 bouts of pneumonia last winter. I am on Singulair, Xopenex, and Flonase to prevent the problem this year, but I woke up this morning and needed an Albuterol breathing treatment dispite taking my meds religiously for the past month.

If you have this allergy, what have your symptoms been like? What therapies or treatments work for you?

I don't know what kind of cedar I am allergic to. When I lived in Miss., I had a cedar tree in my yard. After cutting the grass once, I realized my face and arms were burning. I looked in the mirror and saw pollen dust from the tree on the areas that were bright red. I also had a stopped up nose. I stayed away from that tree afterwards and I don't go near any of them now.
