For me it starts with neck pains usually near the base of my head where the spine goes in and then a type of vibration inside my head. It feels like when you are cold, and shiver, but instead of your body shivering your brain does. After a few shivers I get pressure on the top of my head like I have books or something on it and a little pain/pressure on top when I take deep breaths.
From my own research I found many people with my condition but still no answer to what it is. It just feels weird to be fine one second then having strange inner head vibrations the next
