I'm 17. Now before you start telling me I'll regret it, I'm telling you I won't. Children are a big waste of time and money, and nothing is more important to me than money. This will ensure that I never get tied down to women either, I can have as many as I like and remain carefree. Its the perfect plan. So how do I go about getting one? Will a urologist accept if I provide parental consent and pay cash? What should I do to make sure I get one as soon as possible?

Dude...you are still a baby. Your brain isnt even done developing. No ethical doctor would do it and you can get diseases or even get someone preggers with a vasectomy.

Yes, you definitely need to grow up first. That is a HUGE decision. I got one when i was 26ish but my wife and I at the time decided it was for the best. Well 6 yrs later she asked for a divorce. Kinda left me hanging if ya know what i mean. What if i meet a girl who doesn't have kids yet and wants them? Kind of up you know what creek without a paddle. A Lot of things to think about.

If the woman of my dreams wanted kids, she wouldn't be the woman of my dreams. And to the other person who answered, doctors don't have a code of ethics to follow. i've known men who get them very young without children.

Yes, and for many doctors, that code of ethics include not performing an unnecessary procedure that may very well be difficult to reverse on a man they consider not old enough to know his own mind on the matter.

Stick to condoms for right now and use them every time. Make sure your partners are on hormonal birth control too. Even if you did get a vasectomy, you would still need to use a condom to protect against disease. Using a vasectomy as birth control in order to get around using condoms is usually only done by committed, long-term partners (usually married.)

That is a myth. After getting it done, you go back to the doctor once a month and have a sample tested to ensure sterility. It can take up to a few months but it makes sure.

Typically they want you to have sex something like 5 times a week for 2 weeks to a month. The only reason why I know this is because I work with a guy who told me some of the specifics. And it was horrifying and funny at the same time.
