Some good precautions that i do are taking natures antibiotic i.e. lots of Garlic and also a good Probiotic formula as the good bacteria will protect the intestinal lining and assist the immune system to fight off pathogens and lastly i take high amounts of Vit-C as this raises Interferon levels which keep the Mast cells on high alert.....

Keep in mind that excessive amounts of garlic will affect the blood clotting mechanism, resulting in increased bleeding time.

You are correct about Garlic's blood thinning properties eddiek. However here in the USA i think most should be more concerned about internal blleeding from the amounts of Asprin and other NSAIDS as Americans buy these by the tons on an anuual basis.

Infact with half the population as obese and eating fast/junkfoods and probably having Wax plaque in their arteries they may want to take something natural as Garlic however i doubt that they will.....

Also, most of the meat supply is overdosed with antibiotics, so the more you eat, the more resistant you will be to the drugs that treat this.

You can get great information about community-acquired methicillin-resistant Staph aureus by googling your state's department of health website.
