Ducts around nose? (muscle, bump, medical, nostril)

I don't have a clue what this is, but I want to find out. I have googled away for quite some time and can't find anything. Want to see if anyone here nose.

I have 2 (both sides) of a long bump (duct) or something that is somewhat noticeable around my nose. From the nostril opening if you go a few cm's to the right or left there is a inch long duct that goes down.

Its not on my actual nose. Cheek I guess.

Any clue what it could be. If I contort my face a certain way it is more noticeable.

Have you looked at muscle placement in the face to see if one might match the location?
You didn't mention whether or not this is something new.
