Okay, this is going to sound embarrassing but I pass gas a lot and it's like I don't have control of when I do. I go to the bathroom more than I should and I'm not overeating. I tried gas x gels but I think that made it even worse so I stopped taking it. I stopped drinking orange juice. I have to go 2 times to the bathroom in the morning. There is always something wrong. It's either I'm passing gas and I go to the bathroom but then my stomach starts growling and later on I eat and then I pass gas and then I have to go to the bathroom... help

It's normal to have to go to the bathroom after you eat. Putting food in your stomach causes a reflex that stimulates the colon to empty.

One thing you could do is keep a food log and see if any particular foods tend to produce the gas. Some high fiber veggies will do it (think beans), and some people lack the enzyme (lactase) needed to digest the sugar (lactose) in milk products.

If it is lactose intolerance, you will need to reduce dairy consumption or take a lactase supplement when you eat dairy. You can also find milk with the lactase in it.

Beano can help if it's due to beans and veggies.

Some people like to use probiotics.

If the food diary does not help you determine the cause, see your primary care doctor. S/he can determine whether you need to see a specialist or not.

See a dr , and sometimes a digestive tea from fennel seeds helps also peppermint tea or a blend of fennel and peppermint tea.
(Some people with gas / bowel problems have IBS irritable bowel syndrome which is diagnosed by dr)

I would start by seeing your primary care physician. He or she will refer you to an appropriate specialist if you need one.
